Five stars, none of them noisy
Fine dining, gaming and five-star comfort in one striking setting. We have welcomed guests since 2000, and the bar has only ever risen. Arrive for a weekend, depart with a story.
All of it, a short walk away
Dining, wellness, gaming and the shoreline share one private estate. Your concierge will chart the rest.
Five-Star Amenities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach club, and nearly two staff for every guest. Your suite is more than a room — a small private realm with its own doorbell.
Culinary Delights
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden that decides tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs skip writing seasonal dishes — they let the season sketch itself onto the plate, each morning, in pencil.
Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and unbroken calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The outcome is easier to feel than to put into words.
A coastal retreat, shaped over 26 years.
Silvervalleystay opened in 2000 as one villa on a quiet bay, expanding only when we knew we could grow without losing what made it worth the journey. 26 years later we keep 90 rooms and suites, four kitchens and one gaming rooms, and we still decline more bookings than we accept.
Luxury, for us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table held an hour past closing because the conversation was still going. We hire for that instinct and we retain the people who have it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire plan. We would rather 75 percent of a smaller circle come back each year than chase a larger one that never does.
Need something? Ask for anything.
From private dining to helicopter transfers, our concierge desk replies within the hour — around the clock.
Moments across the estate
Raised one year at a time
Plates shaped by the season, not a fixed menu.
Our kitchen leans on whatever the coast brings each morning. The menu shifts weekly; the standard never does.
